Founder/ Managing Partner – Rodney Cilien

Rodney is a successful entrepreneur and real estate investor active in the multifamily apartment space and is currently invested in Florida and Southeast states. Real estate investing has always been a passion of his as he’s fascinated by the concept of creating passive income to achieve financial independence and wants to help others do the same. Rodney is currently and actively looking to invest in growing markets in the US. At Cilien Capital, Rodney oversees all due diligence/acquisitions, capital raising efforts, investor relations and asset management for the firm.

Prior to starting Cilien Capital, Rodney was a Partner at Imperio Property Management, a leading property management firm specializing in managing multifamily properties, where he spent nearly 5 years assisting real estate owners/companies, and developers on their asset management needs. Rodney also spent several years working at the largest property tax firm as a consultant where he was servicing multiple real estate private equity firms.

In addition, Rodney earned his MBA at Florida Memorial University only HBCU in South Florida graduating Magna Cum Laude.
